I consider myself to be a city mouse turned country mouse turned Mobjack Bay mouse. We recently sold our 55-acre horse farm in New Kent County, Va, and settled on the Mobjack Bay in historic Gloucester County, VA, for a new life adventure.

 

My professional career started with studies in the Liberal and Visual arts, then ended in hospitality with Omni Hotels as a Regional Sales Manager, which paved the way for a 20-year career with Anheuser-Busch. I have held positions as a National Sales Manager at their luxury resort Kingsmill and Corporate Sales Manager at Busch Entertainment.

 

My corporate experience with Anheuser-Busch Breweries includes Operations Management, Project Management, Systems Analyzation, and Group Production Management at the Williamsburg AB Brewery.

As I took every step in my professional career, I was a double agent acting as a determined adult amateur equestrian. Some of you may know me as the lady that ran the breed ring at Dressage at Lexington for almost 15 years. Horses have been my passion since I started riding over 30 years ago.

 

I’ve been an avid foxhunter, eventer, dressage “DQ” hopeful, and enthusiastic pony breeder. I’ve developed a few young horses along the way and had the pleasure of working with some of the finest professional trainers in the business. 

 

My newest adventure is harnessing the skills I have learned in the corporate world of Sales, Marketing, and Hospitality, combining them with 30 years of equine experience and personal luxury vacation rental ownership to develop a company that offers consulting in a simple and stress-free way.
